Live Security Exercise

A Live Exercise is a dynamic and real-time simulation designed to test an organisation’s response capabilities to major incidents, never events, and emergency situations

Unlike tabletop exercises, live exercises involve active participation from various internal and external stakeholders, including emergency services and other agencies. These exercises mimic actual incidents, providing a hands-on experience that closely mirrors the stresses and urgency of a real-world situation.

The goal is to assess and evaluate the organisation’s ability to detect, respond to, and recover from major incidents while actively engaging participants in a high-pressure environment. Corps Intel provide post-exercise de-briefs and reports which are a crucial element in enhancing the organisations contingency measures while gaining extensive experience and knowledge to deal with potential future incidents and emergencies.

It is essential that key recommendations are provided post-exercise, which in turn are used to create a bespoke action plan to enhance resilience. These exercises are known to enhance the emergency preparedness of organisations and reduce the impact that genuine major incidents have on the businesses that have conducted regular testing.
