Delivering Integrated Security Solutions Across EMEA for a Global Legal Leader

Corps Intel were engaged by a large, multi-national law firm to help them plan and deliver an enhancement to the security systems.

The project would be initially rolled out across the UK, before extending to their EMEA operations. Corps Intel compiled a list of essential and desirable requirements from the client before creating a short list of providers/manufacturers who could meet these. Consult then ran a targeted procurement exercise with the key stakeholders, inviting the chosen providers to propose their optimal solution to achieve the client’s requirements.

Driving Precision and Performance in Security System Installation

After selecting the producer and unified platform that would be used for the majority of the security systems, the next stage was to conduct a further procurement exercise to engage the installation partner that would work with the client to deliver the service. This was particularly important as the ability of the installer can directly impact on the functionality of the system.

We worked with the producer to provide a specification document that would achieve the client’s requirements, including a full list of specific hardware that should be quoted against by the installers. Top tier install partners were then invited to tender for the work, providing cost quotes against the exact specifications we provided, allowing that section of the procurement exercise to be a direct cost comparison.

Following the appointment of an installation partner, we continued to support as the project was delivered, initially in the UK, and then across a number of sites in their EMEA portfolio. We provided additional assistance with reviewing plans and installations, as well as identifying opportunities to enhance the security technology plans moving forward.
